SHIPPING & INSPECTION

Shipping

All orders are shipped via third-party parcel or freight carriers. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout through our integrated shipping platform based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Non-custom orders will ship within 48-72 hours of purchase.

Carrier selection is made at the discretion of The Mosaic Shop to ensure the most efficient and secure delivery method. Once an order leaves our facility, transportation and handling become the responsibility of the carrier.

While every shipment is carefully packaged to protect the material during transit, The Mosaic Shop is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Any claims related to freight damage must be filed with the carrier.

Custom orders require an estimated 12-week lead time beginning at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of special-order materials, additional freight charges will apply depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.

Delivery & Inspection

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all material immediately upon delivery.

Customers must verify the total number of boxes received and inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt. Any shortages or damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

All boxes should be opened and the material inspected upon arrival to confirm the order is complete and in acceptable condition prior to installation.

Any damage or shortage must be reported to The Mosaic Shop within 48 hours of receiving the order. Notification must include photos of the packaging and material so we can assist in submitting a claim with the carrier. If damage is not reported within this timeframe, The Mosaic Shop may be unable to assist with freight claims.

Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage confirms the shipment was received in acceptable condition. Material should not be installed if any defects, damage, or discrepancies are visible. Installation of material constitutes acceptance of the product, and no claims will be honored for material that has been cut or installed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their order directly. Pickup appointments can be scheduled once your order is confirmed and ready.

Customers will be notified when their order is prepared for pickup along with scheduling instructions.

All materials must be inspected at the time of pickup. By accepting and removing the order from our facility, the customer confirms that the material has been received in acceptable condition.

Please note that once material leaves our facility, The Mosaic Shop is not responsible for damage incurred during transport.
