Our Story
The Mosaic Shop was born from a legacy rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and a lifelong love of tile.
Our story begins with Ruben Sorhegui Tile, a family-owned flooring and tile company built in Naples, Florida on decades of hands-on experience and trusted relationships. What started as a passion for quality materials and honest work grew into a respected name known for guiding homeowners, designers, and builders through thoughtful, lasting tile selections. For the Sorhegui family, tile was never just a business. It was a way of life. Some of us grew up in the showroom before we could reach the countertops.
Over the years, one category consistently stood out: mosaic tile. Small in scale yet rich in detail, mosaics have the power to transform spaces, elevate design, and tell a story all on their own. As demand grew for curated, high-quality mosaics paired with real expertise, The Mosaic Shop naturally emerged.
