STAIN-PROOF® Premium Impregnating Sealer is a penetrating natural stone sealer designed to help protect marble, limestone, travertine, and stone mosaics from oil, water, and everyday staining. Its breathable formula penetrates deep below the surface to preserve the natural appearance of the stone while providing long-lasting protection for both stone and grout.

HOW TO USE
Proper sealing is essential to protect natural stone mosaics from staining and moisture absorption.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Ensure the stone surface is clean, dry, and free of residue before applying the sealer.
- Always test the sealer in an inconspicuous area first to confirm the desired results.
APPLICATION
- Apply the sealer evenly using a lamb’s wool applicator, clean cloth, brush, or low-pressure
sprayer. - Generously coat the surface so the stone appears briefly wet for several seconds, allowing the
sealer to penetrate into the pores. - Wait approximately 10 minutes, then apply a second coat before the first coat dries.
- After the final coat, wipe and polish the surface with a clean dry cloth to remove excess sealer.
NEW INSTALLATIONS
For newly installed stone:
- Apply one coat prior to grouting to help prevent grout haze.
- After grout has cured (typically 24 hours), apply a second coat to the stone and grout joints for full protection.
The sealer penetrates the stone and forms a breathable barrier that helps repel water, oil, and common
household stains while maintaining the natural appearance of the stone surface.
